Triangle Extravaganza!
Today is the Big Day, the Grand Finale for the Triangle Quilt Along. First of all I want to thank everyone who participated in my quilt along! You guys made it so fun and exciting each and every week. When I first started this I was hoping I could find ten people to quilt along with me and ended up having over 115 people sign up!!! Crazy. Even today we have 79 finishes!!! I think that is amazing. Seriously, you guys really put the pedal to the floor and got these quilts done:)
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
So what if you didn’t finish???

Seriously! My mind was blown by all of you guys creativity with fabric selection, layouts and quilting designs!!! I ran out of words to express how cool I thought each one was. I hope everyone enjoyed this journey and learned a little about triangles without wanting to throw your triangle ruler in the trash:) I honestly thought everyone did a great job and am glad I randomly drew for the winners….no way I could have picked one!
You might be wondering where mine is…..Well, it still has to be bound! Yikes. Get it together Paula!!! I will just have to share that another day:)
Keep it Sassy♥

Paula – I love seeing everyone’s quilts. Bummed I couldn’t finish in time. Still have to add my 2nd border. Should be able to send my finished pic to you by next wknd. This was really fun and I learned how to cut, piece & sew triangles, so that’s a plus! Thanks! I look forward to your next quilt along.
Thanks for host this Triangle QAL, other way I didn’t finish this quilt in time. Thanks again
So many great quilts and I love the creativity of them all and the different designs people put together with their triangles! Thanks for hosting, Paula!!

Thanks Paula!! Congrats to the winners.
Hi Paula, Thanks for hosting the Quilt Along, I had never done one before, and I really enjoyed it. It was so nice to get feed back through the process. I will keep following and hope you do another one soon.
Amazing quilts!! And thanks again for organizing the QAL!
Wow amazing. I’ll hope to partecipate to next QAL
I found this QAL when you linked up with the Freshly Pieced WIP Wednesday. I was a week late joining in and am so glad I did. It’s the first QAL I’ve done in “real time”. I really enjoyed connecting with others on Flickr and Instagram. You did a terrific job of hosting and your photos and instructions were clear and helpful. Well done, Paula! Thanks!
Thank you for hosting such a fun and inspirational QAL. Love all the quilts that evolved – colors, fabrics, and personal spins.
Wow, you are so right Paula, I wouldn’t want to pick a winner either, they all are amazing!!! Thanks so much for hosting!!
ah, this is lovely! What a great collection of quilt!! Congrats to the winners, and thanks again, Paula, for a terrific sew along!
So many awesome finishes! It was a great quilt along, I’m currently hand sewing the binding on mine, hopefully finishing up today, so looking forward to the next link up!
So many firsts: Triangle. QAL. Flicker. AWE. I am such a linear thinker. It was awesome to see how many variations there were working from same pattern & instructions. Please host another quilt along! “Purple majesty” is home in NC; I am in Vegas. I will finish. I have only the binding to go. I did nothing “special” but I did learn a lot. Will I be able to continue to see the pics in flicker group–I want to study them to learn creative variations. Love ya, Paula
Yes, the Flickr group will always be open. I hope people will continue to add to it:)
Wow – what a great gallery of finishes! This was such a fun quilt-along and thanks for all your hard work, Paula!

How fabulous everyone’s quilts are. Alas, my backing fabric has still not arrived via snail mail :(. Thank you for hosting this, Paula. I enjoyed it. Yes, please, a bit more time next time. I was surprised by how pressured I felt (only by myself of course) to get it done on time. I loved the parade of quilts.
Congratulations to Celine and Conni. This was the most fun I ever had in a QAL. Thanks for the triangular good times, Paula!
Wow! So many great finishes! I wish my inkling that school and life in April would get in the way of a finish hadn’t been true, but that’s life. At least some of the month was filled with non-quilting fun. Still, I’m eager to get back to my quilting; now that I know I want to try some FMQ on this quilt, I want to get started!
Well done everyone! Mine wasn’t getting done, maybe for the next date. As an aside, I thought for a minute that Sheri had appliquéd a cat on her quilt, ha!
