Yes, I am still finishing the binding on this quilt!

I did manage to pick out the fabric I wanted and also get the binding made last week.

Now….I just have to get it on the quilt!

I used this awesome border, backing and binding calculator to figure out exactly how many strips to cut:

I am having second thoughts on this green….I might just cave in and go back to pink!

What do you think?

We shall see!!!

Either way it will be done this week for sure.

Here is a sneak peak at something else I am working on….

  5. I like the green! At the end of the day, if the pink is calling you then must be fate. Really I think both options are pretty great, you win either way! I the bonnet girl, my grandmother had them all over her house. It reminds me of home 😉

    Thanks for the yardage calculator,

  7. I love the Sunbonnet Sue! My grandma had made one when I was little. I always loved looking at it when we were at her house.

  8. Love Sunbonnet Sue! How do you get the blanket stitching so perfect? Makes me want to try this.
